This property was in dire need of deck replacements and repairs. The project included complete replacement of ten decks, and repairs to 39 decks (some minor and some major repairs), along with staining. This project required extensive coordination and communication between our crew and the homeowners. The biggest challenge on this project was finding rotted out rim joists and wood in critical areas, that required additional engineering and repairs. Project value approx. $332,000.

This project required extensive homeowner/tenant communication and coordination due to all the concrete flat work throughout the HOA community. Project value approx. $172,000.

Work consisted of mold testing, containment and abatement due to water intrusion, remove and replace drywall, texture, seal, prime and paint. Painting project included 11 decks and railings, prep, wire wheel rust, spot prime and paint. The painting project required extensive communication and coordination with the homeowners. Project value approx. $18,000.
Kalmia Court Drainage System, which was designed to improve grading, drainage and building runoff. The final design consisted of an underdrain system with downspout connections, which fed into the storm inlet. After this project was completed, Kalmia Court Board and Haven Property Managers invited RECON back for additional work which included plumbing, electrical, and water damage in the underground garage area.
