Park Place XII settled a Construction Defect claim and hired RECON Construction for Preconstruction Services and for their Reconstruction Repairs. This property experienced a variety of defects that varied from unit to unit. RECON Construction coordinated efforts with each individual homeowner to develop a scope of work based on the engineering reports from the case, so they could each decide what worked best for them. The various repairs in the complex included roof repairs, stucco repairs and new skim coat, new flashing details, some interior repairs and civil repairs. RECON contracted with each individual homeowner, which required extensive communication with all the homeowners to coordinate this project as one for cost savings.
