Belvedere had extensive siding repairs that were needed throughout the community. Rather than doing a full siding removal and replacement, RECON Construction went building by building, replacing the bad siding (some buildings worse than others). This resulted in saving the Belvedere HOA a substantial amount of money. This project included 15 buildings, siding repairs, new engineered façade changes for 2 buildings to avoid further water damage, major deck repairs on 2 units, and awning repairs on 2 units. All 15 buildings were painted, some with new schematic colors giving the entire community a fresh new look. The board was very happy with all the repairs, painting, documentation of the repairs and extensive communication that they asked us to come back for civil repairs. Project value $800,000+
