Kalmia Court Drainage System, which was designed to improve grading, drainage and building runoff. The final design consisted of an underdrain system with downspout connections, which fed into the storm inlet. After this project was completed, Kalmia Court Board and Haven Property Managers invited RECON back for additional work which included plumbing, electrical, and water damage in the underground garage area.  Project value to date $92,000.
