Lincoln Square Lofts
Interior repairs on 16 units, garage and south elevator room. Work consisted of mold testing, containment and abatement due to water intrusion, remove and replace drywall, texture, seal, prime and paint. Extensive coordination with homeowners affected by water intrusion and communication, scheduling of repairs. Project value approx. $70,000.
Left Bank Lofts
Painting project included 11 decks and railings, prep, wire wheel rust, spot prime and paint. The painting project required extensive communication and coordination with the homeowners. Project value approx. $18,000.
Kalmia Court
Kalmia Court Drainage System, which was designed to improve grading, drainage and building runoff.
